Jessica and Joaquin aka Mr. & Mrs. Garcia

When you meet Jessica and Joaquin you feel important. Even just knowing them for 10 minutes made me feel privileged to be a part of such a beautiful day. I can't tell you how amazing the vibe is when a bride and groom allow time to see each other before the ceremony on their wedding day. Both are calm and happy and excited to start the day TOGETHER not apart. The entire wedding party was a blast to work with. As was Mr Will Parris, of Parris Studios, who scouted me out for the day as his second shooter. I have been blog stalking his work for a while and was more than happy to shoot with him for this great wedding on August 4th. we started the day at an awesome home up in La Habra Heights. We got a tome of portraits out of the way and had the best time shooting this great group. I have to tell you how crazy Will is. I usually get funny looks for laying on the ground or climbing in the bushes.. but hey anything for the shot!! Will was climbing trees, standing on the back of a bench, the top of a 10 foot wall! His work is amazing... it totally pays off.... and he is quite entertaining to run around after all day. Here are some of my Faves from the day. Jessica and Joaquin were smooth on the dance floor. I love watching newlyweds dance. It is a perfect end to the day.
