The Wonderful Ted & Allison

Last Saturday I had the great privilege of visiting Down-town Pasadena to capture some amazing images of Ted and Allison. They both live in the beautiful historic town and agreed that shooting there would not only be fun but, serve as perfect backdrop to highlight their engagement and love for each other. Allison and Ted are so in love and taking their picture as a couple was a great experience. The wedding is later this month. We will have so much fun, I'm sure of it!

I loved the shoes Allison wore, and couldn't stop taking pictures of them. My mom totally makes fun of my foot fettish. This is my favorite shot of the day. I love the simplicity of it.

So, apparently you can't take pictures all over old-town. Particularly in the new old-town area naamed Paseo Colorado. Thankfully, we got many shots in before they kicked us out.

We saw these cute hearts hanging in the windows of Color Me Mine and I could see how they caught not only my attention but Allison and Ted's too. I had to get a couple.

Thanks for checking in. Slideshow is ready and will be up soon! So come and see me again. Don't forget to tell me your favorite shot.

For Stacey, we pretty much did whatever she asked us to do. Ted is a little more reluctant to make public displays than I am, but he sucks it up well and is a good sport. I'm a big fan of silly, and I know it can be hard to get a great moment, so I do whatever I can to help that along. Now, whether Sandie agrees with me is another matter entirely! But y'know, she's really accommodating and easy-going as well, so the day was really enjoyable for us.

Stacey, I am getting over my fear of asking for certain things when I'm shooting. I think it is sometimes easier to ask people I haven't known for a long time to do things because I know less of what they are willing to do. Does that make sense? Anyway, Ted and Allison were so nice to do all the weird things I suggested! Even when I said I wouldn't tel them any directions, they still were super awesome!
